      *You can benefit from the indoor pool heating of our villa during the winter months for 800 TL.

• In all of our villas located in nature, regular pest control is carried out. However, there may still be the possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the surroundings.

• The photos of this house, like those of other homes on our website, are taken with wide-angle lenses and professional cameras to fit the images onto the screen. Therefore, objects in the photos may appear larger than they are in reality.

CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE REGION

• Some of our villas in the Kaş and Kalkan areas are located on slopes due to regional conditions. To reach these villas, you will need to climb uphill. Additionally, some of our villas may have a dirt road (stabilized road).

• In the Kaş and Kalkan areas, especially during the summer months, due to a significant increase in population, internet, electricity, and water outages can occasionally occur throughout the region.
