Villa Description

Our villa is located in Üzümlü Neighborhood of Kalkan, a peaceful area surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, known for its natural beauty. With 2 bedrooms and a capacity for 4 guests, it is ideal for family stays, and under special circumstances, it can accommodate up to 5 people. The villa offers beautiful views of nature and Patara Beach, providing a tranquil atmosphere at all times, except on humid days when the sea view may be less clear.

Set within a spacious garden, the property has another house and villa belonging to our family members about 30–40 meters away. All rooms provide direct access to the pool, and each room is equipped with air conditioning. The master suite with an en-suite bathroom offers a comfortable holiday experience, while the second bathroom is located on the corridor leading from the living room to the second bedroom and also includes a washing machine.

***CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE VILLA***

* Pest control is made regularly in all our villas located by nature. However, there is still a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around the villa.

* All the photos of the villas on our website have taken and edited by professional photographers. The photos of this villa and the other villas on the website have taken with professional cameras with a wide-angle lens to fit the images to the screen perfectly. As a result, objects in photographs may appear larger than they actually are.

* Some of our villas around Kalkan are built on a slope due to the conditions of the region. To reach these villas it is necessary to go uphill and some of our villas may have a dirt road.

* Internet, electricity and water outages can be observed all over the region due to the high population growth in the summer months of the Kalkan region.
