Our villa is located in the center of Kalkan, the popular tourism region of Antalya known for its deep blue paradise and untouched nature. It is within walking distance to the beach, bus station, market and restaurants, but in a quiet and nature place. With it's luxurious design and large accommodation capacity, it opens the doors of a budget-friendly luxury holiday to our guests.

Our villa with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and toilet has an accommodation capacity of 10 people. There is a unique sheltered pool of 50 m2, luxurious garden furniture, comfortable sun loungers to enjoy the sun, a garden dining table for you to enjoy the open air at any time, and table tennis for your children to spend time with pleasure. Our villa, which has a jacuzzi in the master room, has been designed with everything in mind for the comfort of our guests with its spacious and luxurious interior design, useful furniture and central location.

Note: Payments for this villa are only accepted in Pounds.

The simple procedure for booking is as follows:

1. You send us an online inquiry form by selecting your dates for the villa that you would like to book.

2. We check the availability of the villa you would like to book and send you the link to you to pay the booking deposit with your credit card.

3. Once the payment has done, we confirm your booking and send you your booking voucher as well as with the payment receipt.

Once your booking is confirmed, the only thing you need to do is to come over here!

Air conditioning, electricity, water and gas, key handling, property maintenance for pool and garden services are included into rental cost.

The closest airport to the villa is Dalaman airport. From Dalaman airport to the villa takes around 2 hours and 15 minutes. If you require an airport pick up, we can arrange your airport transfers any time before you arrive.

In addition, all of our villas and apartments are carefully disinfected by experts with a qualification certificate by the Ministry of Health both before the check-in and after the check outs within the scope of combating Covid-19.
