• In all of our villas located in nature, regular pest control is carried out. However, there may still be a possibility of butterflies, insects, mosquitoes, etc., being present in the surroundings.

• The images of this villa, like the images of other villas on our site, are taken with wide-angle lenses and professional cameras to fit the screen. Therefore, the objects in the images may appear larger than they are in reality.

• Some of our villas in the Kaş and Kalkan area are located on hills due to the local conditions of the region. To reach these villas, you will need to go uphill. The roads to some of our villas may also be gravel (dirt) roads.

• Due to the significant population increase during the summer months in the Kaş and Kalkan area, occasional disruptions in internet, electricity, and water services may occur.
