Villa Tessa 1 is a highly private holiday villa located in the Fethiye region, featuring its own private pool. Its close proximity to the city center offers both a peaceful atmosphere and easy access, while the three-story layout provides a spacious living area. The garden seating area allows guests to enjoy relaxing and pleasant moments.

Villa Tessa 1 accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (WC-Shower). The first, second, and third bedrooms are located on the second floor: the first bedroom features a double bed and air conditioning, while the second and third bedrooms each have two single beds, air conditioning, and a shared WC-Shower. The fourth bedroom is on the attic floor and includes a double bed, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, and air conditioning.

***CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE VILLA***

* We accept non-shedding pets in our villa for a fee of 4000 TL. This must be confirmed with the villa manager before booking.

*The deposit is non-refundable if smoking is not allowed in the villa.

* Pest control is made regularly in all our villas located by nature. However, there is still a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around the villa.

* All the photos of the villas on our website have taken and edited by professional photographers. The photos of this villa and the other villas on the website have taken with professional cameras with a wide-angle lens to fit the images to the screen perfectly. As a result, objects in photographs may appear larger than they actually are.
