With a capacity of 5 people, Villa Talih is designed to meet all the requirements for a comfortable vacation, reflecting quality in every detail. The villa is equipped with modern furniture and high-quality home appliances, ensuring no expense is spared for the comfort of our guests.

Located in Kalkan, which boasts one of the most beautiful views, the villa offers tranquility and peace in a serene setting. It is only 4-5 minutes from Kalkan center, 10-12 minutes to Kaputaş Beach, and 20 minutes to Patara Beach. Kalkan Public Beach is just 4-5 minutes away.

The magnificent view and luxurious design of Villa Talih will make your holiday unforgettable. Additionally, the pool area is enclosed with fences, making it completely suitable for conservative families.

Our villa is delivered to you clean and well-maintained. A cleaning service is provided once a week. If you require extra cleaning, it can be arranged with the on-site personnel for an additional fee. Fresh linens, pillowcases, and towels are also provided.

Check-in time for Villa Talih is 15:30 in the afternoon, and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. We kindly remind you that if you arrive before the check-in time, we will not be able to assist you as the cleaning process will not be completed. Please ensure that you adhere to the villa’s check-in and check-out times.

In all our villas located in nature, regular pest control is carried out. However, there may still be a possibility of butterflies, insects, mosquitoes, etc., in the area.

The photos of this villa, like the photos of other villas on our website, are taken with wide-angle lenses and professional cameras to fit the image on the screen. Therefore, objects in the photos may appear larger than in reality.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA ‼️

Some of our villas in the Kalkan area are located on slopes due to regional conditions. To reach these villas, you may need to climb uphill. Some of our villas also have a gravel (dirt) road.

In the Kalkan region, especially during the summer months, due to the increase in population, there may occasionally be disruptions in internet, electricity, and water services.
