Villa Spectre is located in Kalamar, the point of the Kas/Kalkan holiday region with fascinating sea views. Our villa, which has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and toilets, has an accommodation capacity of 8 people. There is a 32 m2 large infinity pool, private pool bar areas where you can put your drinks while swimming, luxury garden suites, a garden pavilion where you can enjoy the view and the poolside, sun lounger beds, luxury corner set, a dining table positioned in the view and a barbecue. There is an endless sea view seen from every room of the house, the sunrise that will greet you when you wake up in the morning, the sunset that will make your dinners unforgettable, and a luxurious jacuzzi placed at the location where you can see all these. It is designed for our extended families to have a luxurious experience.

Note: Payments for this villa are only accepted in Pounds.

The simple procedure for booking is as follows:

1. You send us an online inquiry form by selecting your dates for the villa that you would like to book.

2. We check the availability of the villa you would like to book and send you the link to you to pay the booking deposit with your credit card.

3. Once the payment has done, we confirm your booking and send you your booking voucher as well as with the payment receipt.

Once your booking is confirmed, the only thing you need to do is to come over here!

Air conditioning, electricity, water and gas, key handling, property maintenance for pool and garden services are included into rental cost.

The closest airport to the villa is Dalaman airport. From Dalaman airport to the villa takes around 2 hours and 15 minutes. If you require an airport pick up, we can arrange your airport transfers any time before you arrive.
