Every corner of Villa Serina offers an atmosphere where you can create special moments with your loved ones.

The prices include all expenses such as cleaning services, electricity, and water. This way, you can focus solely on enjoying your holiday without worrying about any extra costs. The proximity of the villa to the sea allows you to reach the beach in just a few minutes' walk, so you can enjoy the sea to the fullest.

• All of our villas, located in nature, are regularly treated for pests. However, there may still be butterflies, insects, mosquitoes, etc. around.

• The photos of this villa are taken with wide-angle lenses and professional cameras, similar to the photos of other villas on our website, to fit the image on the screen. As a result, objects in the images may appear larger than in reality.

CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE REGION ‼️

• Some of our villas located in the Bodrum area are built on hills due to the region's conditions. To reach these villas, you may need to go uphill. Some of our villas may also have a dirt road (stabilized) access.

• Due to the population increase, especially in the summer months in the Bodrum area, occasional interruptions to internet, electricity, and water supply may occur in the region.
