Villa Selenita 5 is a unique holiday home located in one of the most sought-after areas of Kalkan, Kalamar. Villa Selenita has 3 spacious bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. However, you can increase the accommodation capacity to 12 guests by renting the adjacent sister villa, also named Villa Selenita.

Located in Kalkan’s Kalamar area, Villa Selenita is famous for its surrounding natural beauty. Positioned on a large plot, the villa offers its guests the opportunity to enjoy both sea and nature views. The location of the villa provides easy access, with markets, grocery stores, and various shopping points within walking distance. This makes it easy to meet your daily needs.

NOTE: Payments for this villa are accepted only in Pounds. For rentals of less than 5 nights, an extra 200 GBP cleaning fee is charged. Additionally, a  200  GBP damage deposit is requested at check-in

CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE VILLA

• Regular pest control is carried out at all our villas located in nature. However, there may still be butterflies, insects, mosquitoes, etc. around.

• The photos of this house, like the photos of other houses on our website, are taken with wide-angle lenses and professional cameras to fit the image into the screen. As a result, the objects in the pictures may appear larger than they actually are.

CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA

• Some of our villas in the Kaş and Kalkan area are built on hills due to regional conditions. To reach these villas, you will need to climb uphill. Some of our villas may also have a dirt (stabilized) road.

• Due to the significant population increase, especially in the summer months, the overall area of Kaş and Kalkan can become crowded.
