The villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and toilets and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a 54 m2 pool with panoramic views, luxury garden sets and barbecue and dining table. * Indoor pool heating is activated for 3,500 TL per day.

* The prices of this villa are determined in pounds. There may be instantaneous changes in prices due to exchange rate changes. The cleaning fee for less than 7 nights is 12,500 TL. The deposit fee is determined as 30,000 TL.

* Pest control is made regularly in all our villas located by nature. However, there is still a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around the villa.

* All the photos of the villas on our website have taken and edited by professional photographers. The photos of this villa and the other villas on the website have taken with professional cameras with a wide-angle lens to fit the images to the screen perfectly. As a result, objects in photographs may appear larger than they actually are.

* Some of our villas around Kalkan and Kas are built on a slope due to the conditions of the region. To reach these villas it is necessary to go uphill and some of our villas may have a dirt road.
