Villa Overview

Villa Savona is our rental villa located in Kalkan Akbel region. There are 4 bedrooms in total and there is an accommodation capacity of 8 people. It is ideal for large families. All rooms of our villa are suites and there is a jacuzzi in one bedroom. You can spend a wonderful holiday with your loved ones in our villa with a magnificent view of Kalkan Bay and the islands.

NOTE: Reservations exceeding villa capacity (including children and infants) require confirmation.

NOTE: The extra bed fee is 3000 TL per day.

NOTE: An extra cleaning fee of 3000 TL applies for pets. Only one pet is allowed.

NOTE: Due to weather conditions, textiles in outdoor areas are moved inside the villa or stored in a warehouse before June 1st and after October 1st.

NOTE: The floating fruit tray and floating breakfast tray can be sent upon request to villas registered between May 1st, 2026 and October 15th, 2026, but will not be accepted.

NOTE: The shallow pool measures 7.5 x 2.5 m.

***CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE VILLA***

* Pest control is made regularly in all our villas located by nature. However, there is still a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around the villa.

* All the photos of the villas on our website have taken and edited by professional photographers. The photos of this villa and the other villas on the website have taken with professional cameras with a wide-angle lens to fit the images to the screen perfectly. As a result, objects in photographs may appear larger than they actually are.

***CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE REGION***

* Some of our villas around Kalkan- Kaş are built on a slope due to the conditions of the region. To reach these villas it is necessary to go uphill and some of our villas may have a dirt road.

* Internet, electricity and water outages can be observed all over the region due to the high population growth in the summer months of the Kalkan- Kaş region.
