• Some of our villas in the Kaş and Kalkan areas are built on slopes due to the local terrain. To reach these villas, you may need to ascend a hill. Some of our villas also have gravel (dirt) roads.

• Due to the increase in population during the summer months in the Kaş and Kalkan area, internet, electricity, and water outages can occasionally occur.
