• All our villas located in nature are regularly treated with pest control. However, there is still a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding area.

• The photos of this villa, like those of our other properties on the website, are taken with wide-angle lenses and professional cameras to fit the image on the screen. Therefore, objects in the pictures may appear larger than they actually are.

CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE REGION

• Some of our villas in Kaş and Kalkan are built on slopes due to regional conditions. Access to these villas may require an uphill climb, and some may have unpaved (gravel) roads.

• Due to the high population increase during the summer months in the Kaş and Kalkan region, occasional interruptions in internet, electricity, and water supply may occur.
