• Regular pest control is performed in all of our villas located in nature. However, there is still a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. being present in the surroundings.

• The photos of this house, like those of other homes on our website, are taken with wide-angle lenses and professional cameras in order to fit the image on the screen. As a result, objects in the photos may appear larger than in reality.

• Some of our villas in the Fethiye area are built on hills due to regional conditions. To reach these villas, you may need to go uphill. Some of our villas may also have roads that are unpaved (dirt).

• Due to the significant population increase in the Fethiye area, especially during the summer months, occasional internet, electricity, and water outages may occur in the region.
