Villa Pavia is located in Kalkan Akbel and has 5 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 10 people. With an amazing sea view, jacuzzi and double pool, you can have unforgettable and privileged holiday. It also convenient transportation with its central location.

NOTE: Reservations exceeding villa capacity (including children and infants) require confirmation.

NOTE: The extra bed fee is 3000 TL per day.

NOTE: An extra cleaning fee of 3000 TL will be charged for pets. Only one pet is allowed.

NOTE: Due to adverse weather conditions before June 1st and after October 1st, textiles in outdoor areas will be moved inside the villa or stored in a warehouse.

NOTE: The floating fruit tray and floating breakfast tray in the pool can be delivered to the villas upon request between May 1st, 2026 and October 15th, 2026, and will be subject to a fee.

***CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE VILLA***

* Pest control is made regularly in all our villas located by nature. However, there is still a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around the villa.

* All the photos of the villas on our website have taken and edited by professional photographers. The photos of this villa and the other villas on the website have taken with professional cameras with a wide-angle lens to fit the images to the screen perfectly. As a result, objects in photographs may appear larger than they actually are.

***CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE REGION***

* Some of our villas around Kalkan- Kaş are built on a slope due to the conditions of the region. To reach these villas it is necessary to go uphill and some of our villas may have a dirt road.

* Internet, electricity and water outages can be observed all over the region due to the high population growth in the summer months of the Kalkan- Kaş region.
