Villa Overview

Villa Opaluxe is located in the Kaş, Kalkan, Kördere area of Antalya and was designed with ultra-luxury in mind in 2019. The villa has 3 bedrooms and a 6-person accommodation capacity, with two rooms featuring double beds and one room containing two single beds. Each room is equipped with its own private bathroom and toilet, providing guests with maximum comfort and privacy. Villa Opaluxe is just a five-minute drive from Kalkan beach, offering an ideal choice for those seeking proximity to the sea and a peaceful holiday experience.

Note: The last 15 meters of the road leading to our villa consists of a steep incline.

Note: The indoor pool heating is optional and can be activated for an additional fee of 1500 TL per day.

Note: There is an Opaluxe villa on the upper floor of our villa. They are independent from each other, have separate entrances and both villas are sheltered.

***CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE VILLA***

* Pest control is made regularly in all our villas located by nature. However, there is still a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around the villa.

* All the photos of the villas on our website have taken and edited by professional photographers. The photos of this villa and the other villas on the website have taken with professional cameras with a wide-angle lens to fit the images to the screen perfectly. As a result, objects in photographs may appear larger than they actually are.

***CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE REGION***

* Some of our villas around Kalkan are built on a slope due to the conditions of the region. To reach these villas it is necessary to go uphill and some of our villas may have a dirt road.

* Internet, electricity and water outages can be observed all over the region due to the high population growth in the summer months of the Kalkan region.
