Villa Overview

Villa Novara is our rental villa located in Kalkan Akbel region. It has a total of 4 bedrooms and has an accommodation capacity of 8 people. It is ideal for large families.

NOTE: The heating cost for the enclosed heated room in our villa is 2000 TL per day.

NOTE: Reservations exceeding the villa's capacity (including children and infants) must be confirmed.

NOTE: The extra bed fee is 3000 TL per day.

NOTE: An extra cleaning fee of 3000 TL applies for pets. Only one pet is allowed.

NOTE: Due to weather conditions, textiles in outdoor areas are moved inside the villa or stored in a warehouse before June 1st and after October 1st.

NOTE: The floating fruit tray and floating breakfast tray in the pool can be sent upon request to villas registered between May 1st, 2026 and October 15th, 2026, but will not be accepted.

***CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE VILLA***

* Pest control is made regularly in all our villas located by nature. However, there is still a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around the villa.

* All the photos of the villas on our website have taken and edited by professional photographers. The photos of this villa and the other villas on the website have taken with professional cameras with a wide-angle lens to fit the images to the screen perfectly. As a result, objects in photographs may appear larger than they actually are.

***CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE REGION***

* Some of our villas around Kalkan- Kaş are built on a slope due to the conditions of the region. To reach these villas it is necessary to go uphill and some of our villas may have a dirt road.

* Internet, electricity and water outages can be observed all over the region due to the high population growth in the summer months of the Kalkan- Kaş region.
