NOTE: It offers a private terrace, private swimming pool, spacious garden, and comfortable seating areas. There are 5 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. 

NOTE: Our villas operate on an open-buffet breakfast basis. You can make a reservation at our À la Carte Restaurant with up to a 15% discount or request room service. The villas are located within a residential complex, and a tennis court is available for your complimentary use.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE VILLA

• All our villas located in nature are regularly treated for pests. However, there is still a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding area.

• The photos of this house, like those of our other properties on the website, are taken with wide-angle lenses and professional cameras to fit the image onto the screen. Therefore, objects in the photos may appear larger than they are in reality.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA

• Some of our villas in the Kaş and Kalkan regions are built on hillsides due to the geographical conditions of the area. Access to these villas may require driving uphill. In some cases, the road may be unpaved (stabilized dirt road).

• Especially during the summer months, due to the significant increase in population in the Kaş and Kalkan region, occasional internet, electricity, and water outages may occur, although this is rare.
