Villa Noira, located in the jewel of Bodrum, Yalıkavak, is a modern 3-bedroom holiday villa built on a 550 m2 plot with a 180 m2 living space. This single-story villa can accommodate up to 6 guests. It has 3 bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite, and two additional rooms sharing a common bathroom. The villa is furnished with contemporary design and stylish furniture, with air conditioning and Wi-Fi available in every room. There is also a 2-car outdoor parking area. The spacious open living area is perfect for enjoying the warm Bodrum climate.

The villa is located between the popular resort towns of Yalıkavak and Gündoğan, just 5 minutes by car from beaches, restaurants, and bars. Don't miss visiting Palm Marina in Yalıkavak Center, with its luxury yachts. Additionally, the Edition Hotel and public beaches are only a 5-minute drive away, and large supermarkets are just 1-2 minutes away by car. All bedrooms in the villa have direct access to the pool terrace, and guests can enjoy outdoor dining every evening. A breakfast restaurant with a spacious garden is just a 1-minute walk away.

• All our villas located in nature are regularly treated for pest control. However, there may still be the possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, mosquitoes, etc., in the surroundings.

• Some of our villas in the Bodrum area are built on hillsides due to the regional conditions. To reach these villas, you may need to climb a slope. Some of our villas may also have a gravel (dirt) road.

• Due to the significant increase in population during the summer months, occasional power, water, and internet interruptions may occur in the Bodrum region.
