Our villa is located in the Üzümlü area of Kaş / Kalkan, which has become a popular accommodation center especially for villa holidays in recent years. It is in a location where you can wake up to the sounds of birds in nature, and enjoy the sea and nature, leaving all the chaos of the city behind you. With its world-famous 18km sandy beach, Patara Beach and its ancient city, ancient cities from the Lycian civilizations and Sakkent canyon, you can reach many touristic areas with your vehicle within a maximum of 20 minutes without getting stuck in traffic, offering a unique holiday experience for those who stay.

Our villa with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and toilets has an accommodation capacity of 4 people. You can enjoy a luxurious holiday without leaving your home with its 34 m2 large, fully sheltered infinity pool where you can enjoy the view at any time, garden swing, barbecue, garden seating and comfortable sun loungers. It is designed for a holiday that will make you feel special, where you will feel at home with its living room bar and stylish design, where you can stay every season due to its indoor heated pool, where you can relax in the jacuzzi in the parents' room.

Note: For our guests who want to heat the pool, the daily heating fee is 400 TL per day.
