Villa Murphy has everything you need for your dream vacation. With 7 suite bedrooms, an infinity pool with panoramic views right in front of the villa, and a shaded outdoor dining area, you won't have any trouble finding what you're looking for. Surrounded by mature bougain ville a and olive trees, this charming stone villa, ideally located for a quiet holiday away from the hustle and bustle, awaits you, our valued guests.

NOTE: Prices for our villas are in pounds sterling. A security deposit of 200 Turkish Lira is required. For stays shorter than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 200 Turkish Lira is charged.

NOTE: A daily fee of 15 GBP is charged for children over 5 years old.

NOTE: Pets are allowed in this villa depending on the type of pet. An extra 30 GBP per week is included. Please inquire with the reception before booking.

NOTE: An extra 200 GBP per week is charged for pool heating. An extra 200 GBP is charged for cleaning, and 100 GBP for daily cleaning.

* Pest control is made regularly in all our villas located by nature. However, there is still a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around the villa.

* All the photos of the villas on our website have taken and edited by professional photographers. The photos of this villa and the other villas on the website have taken with professional cameras with a wide-angle lens to fit the images to the screen perfectly. As a result, objects in photographs may appear larger than they actually are.

***CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE REGION***

* Some of our villas around Kalkan-Kaş are built on a slope due to the conditions of the region. To reach these villas it is necessary to go uphill and some of our villas may have a dirt road.

* Internet, electricity and water outages can be observed all over the region due to the high population growth in the summer months of the Kalkan-Kaş region.
