The villa entrance features a private parking area for 2 vehicles. From here, you can easily access the private swimming pool and garden area, as well as the main entrance of the house. Upon entering through the main door, a warm and cozy atmosphere will greet you.

On the ground floor of Villa Morova, which is a duplex, there is a master bedroom with a large double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a washer and dryer. From this room, you can start your day refreshed with a magnificent sea view. On the same floor, there is another master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, featuring two single beds. This room also offers a peaceful sleep with its sea view.

The upper floor is both functional and elegantly designed. It features another master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, an open-plan living room, a modern kitchen, and a dining area. The most special part of this floor is the veranda with an amazing sea view and the garden area next to the swimming pool. Here, you can enjoy your morning coffee or spend time while watching the sunset, making the most of your vacation. The private swimming pool is surrounded by a green garden, offering you a completely private space.

Villa Morova is 50 minutes from Bodrum Milas Airport and only 20 minutes from Bodrum city center. Additionally, the world-famous Yalıkavak Marina and beaches are just 5 minutes away. • Regular pest control is carried out at all of our villas located in nature. However, there may still be the possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., being present in the area.

• The photos of this villa, like those of other villas on our site, are taken using wide-angle lenses and professional cameras to fit the image on the screen. As a result, objects in the photos may appear larger than they actually are.

CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA ‼️

• Some of our villas in the Bodrum area are built on slopes due to the regional conditions. To reach these villas, you may need to go uphill. Some of our villas also have a dirt (unstabilized) road.

• Due to the increased population in the region, especially in the summer months, internet, electricity, and water outages may rarely occur in the general area.
