Villa Mona

Villa Mona is located in the Üzümlü area of Kaş/Kalkan, Antalya. Offering a peaceful holiday surrounded by nature, the villa is nestled among lush forests and enjoys one of the most beautiful panoramic views of Üzümlü Village, which has become a popular destination thanks to its fresh air and tranquil atmosphere.

Our villa features one bedroom and one bathroom, accommodating up to 2 guests. The private garden includes a 52 m² fully secluded outdoor swimming pool, a heated indoor pool with direct access from the bedroom, and a jacuzzi. Additionally, the poolside area is furnished with a comfortable garden seating set and a dining table for four, thoughtfully designed to allow honeymoon couples to enjoy privacy, nature, and unforgettable romantic moments.

Note: Between October 1st and May 31st, heating for the indoor pool is included in the rental price. During the remaining months, indoor pool heating is available for an additional fee of 1,500 TL per day.

***CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE VILLA***

* Pest control is made regularly in all our villas located by nature. However, there is still a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around the villa.

* All the photos of the villas on our website have taken and edited by professional photographers. The photos of this villa and the other villas on the website have taken with professional cameras with a wide-angle lens to fit the images to the screen perfectly. As a result, objects in photographs may appear larger than they actually are.

***CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE REGION***

* Some of our villas around Kalkan- Kaş are built on a slope due to the conditions of the region. To reach these villas it is necessary to go uphill and some of our villas may have a dirt road.

* Internet, electricity and water outages can be observed all over the region due to the high population growth in the summer months of the  Kalkan- Kaş  region.
