Villa Mirana 1, located in Çalış, one of Fethiye’s popular holiday areas, accommodates guests with 2 bedrooms and a capacity for 4 people. Thanks to its close proximity to the sea, you can easily reach the beach throughout your stay, while the villa’s private garden features a large pool, a children’s pool, and a barbecue area for enjoyable moments.

Carefully designed in a bohemian style, the interior and exterior decor add a warm and unique atmosphere to the villa. It is an ideal accommodation option for small families and honeymoon couples. Important Note: Our complex consists of 8 villas, all furnished identically with the same interior details. Only the pool terraces and green lawn areas differ; some lawns are smaller, while others are relatively larger.

• * Payments at our villa are accepted in Euros. For rentals shorter than 4 nights, a cleaning fee of 2500 TL and a damage deposit of 2500 TL are required. Payments are calculated based on the daily exchange rate.

* Pest control is made regularly in all our villas located by nature. However, there is still a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around the villa.

* All the photos of the villas on our website have taken and edited by professional photographers. The photos of this villa and the other villas on the website have taken with professional cameras with a wide-angle lens to fit the images to the screen perfectly. As a result, objects in photographs may appear larger than they actually are.
