Important Information About the Villa:

• All of our villas located in natural settings are regularly treated for pests. However, there is still a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the surrounding area.
• The photos of this villa, like those of other homes on our website, are taken with wide-angle lenses and professional cameras to fit the entire view into the frame. As a result, objects in the images may appear larger than their actual size.

Important Information About the Region:

• Some of our villas in the Kaş and Kalkan areas are located on hillsides due to regional conditions. To reach these villas, it is necessary to climb uphill. Some of our villas also have unpaved (dirt) roads.
• In the Kaş and Kalkan region, especially during the summer months, due to a significant increase in population, occasional interruptions in internet, electricity, and water services may occur.
