• Some of our villas in the Kalkan area are built on slopes due to the region's terrain. To reach these villas, it may be necessary to climb uphill. The roads leading to some of our villas may also be unpaved (dirt).

• Due to the high population increase in the Kalkan area, especially during the summer months, occasional internet, electricity, and water outages may occur.
