Villa Lumeria offers a unique holiday experience where luxury and tranquility meet, accompanied by the magnificent nature and sea views of Bodrum Torba. All rooms are equipped with a VRF air conditioning system, and the decoration is designed in a modern and aesthetic style.

Additionally, our villa offers exclusive amenities such as a reception area, sauna, private jacuzzi, game room, mini club, multipurpose meeting room, and private parking.

Notes:

• Prices in our villa are charged in US Dollars.
• Prices are based on accommodation for 4 people. An additional nightly fee of 4,000 TL per person applies for guests exceeding 4 people.
• Daily breakfast (08:30-10:30) and dinner (18:30-20:30) are served with special menus. A fruit service is also provided to the villas between 15:00-16:00. Dinner consists of a daily changing menu, including soup, salad, appetizer, main course, and dessert/fruit.
• A deposit fee of 10,000 TL is required. If no damages occur during the stay, the deposit will be refunded at check-out.

• All our villas, located within nature, are regularly treated for pest control. However, the presence of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding environment is still a possibility.
• The pictures of this villa, like those of our other properties on the website, are taken with wide-angle lenses and professional cameras to fit the image on the screen. Due to this, objects in the images may appear larger than they actually are.
