Villa Limyra is a 3 bedroom private villa located in Kalkan Islamlar. The villa has an peaceful and quiet location but also not far from the city centre. The beach is around 10 minute drive away from the villa and the main road where you can find the selection of the bars and restaurants are within 5 minute drive away from the villa. The villa has one double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. It has 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite). The villa is going to be a good choice for the large families who would like to have a peaceful holiday.

The simple procedure for booking is as follows:

1. You send us an online inquiry form by selecting your dates for the villa that you would like to book.

2. We check the availability of the villa you would like to book and send you the link to you to pay the booking deposit with your credit card.

3. Once the payment has done, we confirm your booking and send you your booking voucher as well as with the payment receipt.

Air conditioning, electricity, water and gas, key handling, property maintenance for pool and garden services are included into rental cost.
