Villa Kutlu

Our villa is located in Kayaköy, one of the villages covered with unique coves on all four sides of Fethiye, a corner of paradise where blue meets green. The open-air museum, which has a heritage of thousands of years, is within walking distance of the Ghost city, and is very close to touristic and historical centers such as Soğuk Su Bay, Darboğaz Bay, Gemiler Island, the historical Lycian way and Afkule Monastery. Our villa offers a full holiday opportunity where you can go for walks on the lycian paths, swim in the perfect bays and take a historical tour by traveling in time, accompanied by the clean forest air.

Our villa, which has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms-toilets and 1 kitchen, has an accommodation capacity of 4 people. It has a 21 m2 size, private pool in nature, a large garden, garden seating, dining table and barbecue. Villa Kutlu will be honored to welcome you, our valued guests.

As a result, objects in photographs may appear larger than they actually are.

* Some of our villas around Fethiye are built on a slope due to the conditions of the region. To reach these villas it is necessary to go uphill and some of our villas may have a dirt road.

* Internet, electricity and water outages can be observed all over the region due to the high population growth in the summer months of the Fethiye region.
