Villa Kaya 2 is a 4 bedroom secluded private villa located in Kayaköy where has recently become one of the most popular tourist destinations. It is around 10 minute walking distance far from the centre where the restaurants, shops and bars are loated. Since the villa is secluded and has quiet location, it is ideal for large families and honeymoon couples who seek for a relaxing villa holiday. 

The villa has been comfortably furnished and has recently been renovated. It has 4 bedrooms, one with jacuzzi and 3 bathrooms. All the bedrooms are double and 2 of the bedrooms are ensuite. The outdoor pool is secluded and heated. It makes the villa a good option for winter rentals as well. The villa has a wonderfully quiet location, ideal for those who want to get away from it all, but still within easy reach of the popular resort of Hisaronu.

*The pool will not be heated between the dates 15 May to 15 September. If you would like to use the heated pool for these dates there will be an extra cost of 350 GBP for a week for this facility.

The simple procedure for booking is as follows:

1. You send us an online inquiry form by selecting your dates for the villa that you would like to book.

2. We check the availability of the villa you would like to book and send you the link to you to pay the booking deposit with your credit card.

3. Once the payment has done, we confirm your booking and send you your booking voucher as well as with the payment receipt.

Once your booking is confirmed, the only thing you need to do is to come over here!

Air conditioning, electricity, water and gas, key handling, property maintenance for pool and garden services are included into rental cost.

The closest airport to the villa is Dalaman airport. From Dalaman airport to the villa takes around 2 hours and 15 minutes. If you require an airport pick up, we can arrange your airport transfers any time before you arrive.
