Villa Kaya is a 4 bedroom secluded private villa located in Kayaköy where has recently become one of the most popular tourist destinations. It is around 10 minute walking distance far from the centre where the restaurants, shops and bars are loated. Since the villa is secluded and has quiet location, it is ideal for the families and honeymoon couples who seek for a relaxing villa holiday. 

The villa has been comfortably furnished and has recently been renovated. It has 4 bedrooms, one with jacuzzi and 3 bathrooms. Outdoor pool is heated and it also has got a kids pool. The villa has a wonderfully quiet location, ideal for those who want to get away from it all, but still within easy reach of the popular resort of Hisaronu.

Note: The remaining balance in this villa is collected as money order at the door.  

Note: Pool heating will be off between 1 May and 1 October. Extra pool heating fee is 24,500 TL per week.

* Pest control is made regularly in all our villas located by nature. However, there is still a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around the villa.
