NOTE: Our villa features a heated pool system. Upon request, the pool heating can be activated for an additional 1,500 TL per day.

• All of our villas located in nature are regularly treated with pest control. However, there is still a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the surrounding environment.

• The photos of this house, like the photos of other houses on our website, are taken with wide-angle lenses and professional cameras to fit the images on the screen. Therefore, objects shown in the photos may appear larger than they actually are.

CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA

• Some of our villas located around Kaş and Kalkan are built on hillsides due to regional conditions. Therefore, reaching these villas may require driving uphill, and in some cases the access roads may be stabilized (dirt) roads.

• Especially during the summer months, due to the significant increase in population in the Kaş and Kalkan region, occasional interruptions in internet, electricity, or water services may rarely occur throughout the area.
