Our villa, located in the Patara area of Kaş, Antalya, offers an excellent vacation opportunity for large families. All of our villas located in nature are regularly treated for pests. However, butterflies, insects, mosquitoes, etc., may still be present in the surrounding area.

Some of our villas in the Kaş area are built on slopes due to regional conditions. To reach these villas, it is necessary to go uphill. The roads to some of our villas may be unpaved (dirt roads).

In the Kaş region, especially during the summer months, the population increases significantly, and occasionally there may be internet, electricity, or water outages in the area.
