Located in one of the most popular areas of Bodrum, Villa Karia offers a peaceful holiday experience with its natural stone structure, spacious garden, and private swimming pool. Surrounded by a 1,500 m² mandarin orchard, this single-story stone villa provides a comfortable stay with both daily and weekly rental options.

Our villa features 2 bedrooms and 1 spacious living room. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. Additionally, the sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed, allowing up to 5 guests to stay comfortably. A baby crib is also available upon request.

Built with natural stone materials, Villa Karia blends traditional Aegean architecture with modern comfort. The spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable seating area and a TV for your relaxation. The large veranda by the pool offers the perfect setting for evening meals, accompanied by the delightful scents of mandarin, lemon, and orange trees. You can also enjoy barbecuing in the garden.

The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning, hot water, satellite TV, DVD player, music system, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave oven, and a complete set of kitchen utensils. Additionally, a garden dining set, sun loungers by the pool, and fresh towels and bed linens are provided for your stay. The villa has one bathroom, located in the master bedroom, and both the living room and master bedroom are air-conditioned. An extra WC is also available for shared use.
