• All of our villas located in nature are regularly treated with pest control. However, there may still be a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the surrounding area.

• The photos of this house, like the photos of other houses on our website, are taken with wide-angle lenses and professional cameras in order to fit the image onto the screen. Therefore, objects in the photos may appear larger than they actually are.

CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA

• Some of our villas located around Kaş and Kalkan are built on hillsides due to regional conditions. Therefore, it may be necessary to drive uphill to reach these villas. Additionally, some of the roads leading to our villas may be stabilized (dirt roads).

• Especially during the summer months, due to the significant increase in population in the Kaş and Kalkan region, there may occasionally be interruptions in internet, electricity, and water services across the area.
