Villa Hayalperest: A Private Pool Villa in Ortaca, 12 km from Dalyan Center.Located in the Ortaca region, 12 km from Dalyan town center, Villa Hayalperest offers a serene retreat with its private pool and lush surroundings. Dalyan is renowned for its green landscapes, blue waters, the famous İztuzu Beach, and as the nesting ground for Caretta Caretta sea turtles.

 

The villa has a maximum capacity of 8 guests. On the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen, a shared bathroom, and a bedroom with two single beds. The upper floor features three bedrooms and a shared bathroom, while an additional bathroom is located on the third floor.

 

Situated just 500 meters from Ortaca town center, the villa boasts a spacious, green garden, making it ideal for families with children and large groups. The garden includes sweetgum trees, palm trees, and a swimming pool. Guests can enjoy various activities with amenities such as a stone oven, traditional wood stove, barbecue, and samovar.

 

Notes:

Smoking is not permitted as the villa is equipped with a smoke detector.

The villa includes a laundry drying machine.

Regular pest control is conducted; however, due to its natural setting, there may be a higher chance of insects.

During the winter months, noise may occur from nearby construction activities.
