Our villa is located in Kayaköy, one of the boutique villages of Fethiye, which is a favorite of tourism, and covered with unique bays on all four sides. It is within walking distance of the thousands-year-old Ghost city, which is an open-air museum, and is very close to the cold water bay, bottleneck bay, Gemiler Island, walking paths from the Lycian civilization and Afkule Monastery. It offers a holiday opportunity where you can take walks on the Lycian paths with the refreshing forest air, swim in unique coves and take a stroll in the footsteps of history. Our villa with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and toilets has an accommodation capacity of 4 people. Our villa has a fully sheltered 50m2 private pool. Villa Gaya will be honored to host you.

* Pest control is made regularly in all our villas located by nature. However, there is still a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around the villa.

* All the photos of the villas on our website have taken and edited by professional photographers. The photos of this villa and the other villas on the website have taken with professional cameras with a wide-angle lens to fit the images to the screen perfectly. As a result, objects in photographs may appear larger than they actually are.

* Some of our villas around Fethiye are built on a slope due to the conditions of the region. To reach these villas it is necessary to go uphill and some of our villas may have a dirt road.

* Internet, electricity and water outages can be observed all over the region due to the high population growth in the summer months of the Fethiye region.
