• Some of our villas in Kaş and Kalkan are built on hills due to the local terrain. Reaching these villas may require going uphill. Some villa roads may also be gravel (dirt).

• Especially during the summer months, the population in Kaş and Kalkan increases significantly. As a result, occasional interruptions in internet, electricity, and water supply may occur.
