Our villa is located in Kalkan, one of the popular tourisim regions of Antalya. It is located in a central location of Kalkan, a luxury and boutique resort town. Villa Elia which is within walking distance to areas such as the beach, market, restaurant, bar, bus station, is ideal for our guests who want to explore the surroundings.

Our villa with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and toilet has an accommodation capacity of 10 people. There is a unique sheltered swimming pool of 50 m2, comfortable sun loungers, a garden corner set where you can enjoy the open air at any time, a dining table, a barbecue and table tennis where you can have a lot of fun with your children. With its large and spacious interior design; Our villa, which also has facilities such as a jacuzzi and terrace in the master room, has been designed for our large families to have a budget-friendly luxury holiday.

Note: Payments for this villa are only accepted in Pounds.

The simple procedure for booking is as follows:

1. You send us an online inquiry form by selecting your dates for the villa that you would like to book.

2. We check the availability of the villa you would like to book and send you the link to you to pay the booking deposit with your credit card.

3. Once the payment has done, we confirm your booking and send you your booking voucher as well as with the payment receipt.

Once your booking is confirmed, the only thing you need to do is to come over here!

Air conditioning, electricity, water and gas, key handling, property maintenance for pool and garden services are included into rental cost.

The closest airport to the villa is Dalaman airport. From Dalaman airport to the villa takes around 2 hours and 15 minutes. If you require an airport pick up, we can arrange your airport transfers any time before you arrive.
