      * Heated pools will have an additional increase of +500 TL if heating is not requested, regardless of the month.
      * The indoor heating pool in our villa is installed between September 16 and May 31, and you can benefit from the daily 1000 TL payment system. There is also underfloor heating in our villa.

• Regular pest control is conducted in all our villas located in natural surroundings. However, there is still a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc., in the vicinity.
• The photos of this house, like those of other houses on our website, are taken with wide-angle lenses and professional cameras to fit the image on the screen. Therefore, objects in the photos may appear larger than they actually are.
