Our 5-Bedroom Private Pool and Sea View Villa in Bodrum Yahşi is located at the heart of the peninsula, close to the Blue Flag beaches of Ortakent, offering a peaceful location that invites guests to experience an unforgettable holiday. With its proximity to Ortakent and Yahşi beaches, you can enjoy the sun, sea, and sand while also savoring delicious meals at famous seafood restaurants of the Aegean cuisine. The terrace, located right in front of the living room, offers an incredible sea view, allowing you to enjoy your evening dinners or morning coffees.

The villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 with double beds and 1 with two single beds, offering a total accommodation capacity of 10 people. One of the rooms, located in the garden/pool area, has its own small kitchen and living room, providing guests with more privacy. The villa is fully furnished to meet all your needs, and the kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances.

CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE VILLA

• Regular pest control is carried out in all our villas located in nature. However, there may still be butterflies, insects, mosquitoes, etc. around the area.

• The photos of this house, like those of the other houses on our website, are taken with wide-angle lenses and professional cameras to fit the image on the screen. Therefore, objects in the photos may appear larger than they are in reality.

CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE REGION

• Some of our villas in the Bodrum area are built on slopes due to regional conditions. To reach these villas, you may need to go uphill. Some of our villas may also have dirt roads (unstabilized roads).

• Due to the population increase, especially in the summer months, internet, electricity, and water interruptions can occasionally occur in the Bodrum region.
