Built in 2019, this ultra-luxurious villa has 3 bedrooms and a capacity of 6 people, with each room featuring its own private bathroom. Two rooms contain double beds, while the third has two single beds. Villa Campanilla is just a 5-minute drive from Kalkan Beach and offers a range of amenities including an indoor heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, table tennis, foosball, and a billiards table. Guests can also enjoy stunning sea views while relaxing. The villa is designed to be private and secluded, making it an ideal choice for conservative families. Honeymoon packages are available for an additional fee.

* Pest control is made regularly in all our villas located by nature. However, there is still a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around the villa.

* All the photos of the villas on our website have taken and edited by professional photographers. The photos of this villa and the other villas on the website have taken with professional cameras with a wide-angle lens to fit the images to the screen perfectly. As a result, objects in photographs may appear larger than they actually are.

***CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE REGION***

* Some of our villas around Kalkan are built on a slope due to the conditions of the region. To reach these villas it is necessary to go uphill and some of our villas may have a dirt road.

* Internet, electricity and water outages can be observed all over the region due to the high population growth in the summer months of the Kalkan region.
