CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE VILLA

• All our villas located in nature are regularly fumigated. However, there is still a possibility of encountering butterflies, bugs, flies, etc. in the surroundings.
• The photos of this house, like those of other houses on our website, are taken with wide-angle lenses and professional cameras to fit the image on the screen. Therefore, objects in the photos may appear larger than they are in reality.
   
• The heated pool service is included in the price from November 1 to May 1. During other months, if requested, it is subject to an additional charge of 750 TL per day. The pool heating request must be made 2 days before the check-in date and can be activated during the stay.

CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA

• Some of our villas around Fethiye are built on slopes due to the regional conditions. Reaching these villas may require going uphill. Additionally, the roads to some of our villas may be unpaved (dirt roads).
• Due to the significant population increase in the Fethiye region, especially during the summer months, there may occasionally be internet, electricity, and water outages throughout the region.
