Our villa is equipped with everyday essentials such as a microwave oven, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, built-in 4-burner stove, 10-person dining set, cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses. If any items are missing from the villa, you can contact us for assistance.

NOTE : Payments at our villa are accepted in pounds sterling. The cleaning fee for stays shorter than 5 nights is 13,000 TL. A damage deposit of 7,500 TL is required.

NOTE : The daily fee for pool heating is 2,000 TL.
CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE VILLA
     

• Regular pest control is carried out in all of our villas located in nature. However, there is still a possibility of encountering butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the surroundings.

• The photos of this house, like those of other properties on our website, are taken with wide-angle lenses and professional cameras to fit the image on the screen. As a result, objects in the photos may appear larger than they are in reality.

CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE REGION

• Some of our villas in the Kaş and Kalkan areas are built on slopes due to regional conditions. To reach these villas, you may need to climb uphill. The roads to some of our villas may also be unpaved (dirt roads).

• Due to the population increase, especially during the summer months in the Kaş and Kalkan area, there may be occasional internet, electricity, and water outages in the region.
