• Regular pest control is done in all of our villas located in nature. However, there may still be butterflies, insects, mosquitoes, etc. in the surrounding area.

• The images of this villa, like those of the other properties on our website, are taken with wide-angle lenses and professional cameras to fit the view onto the screen. As a result, the objects in the images may appear larger than in reality.

• Some of our villas in the Kaş and Kalkan area are located on hillsides due to regional conditions. To reach these villas, it is necessary to go uphill. Some of our villas may have a dirt (stabilized) road.

• Due to the increase in population during the summer months in the Kaş and Kalkan regions, there may occasionally be internet, electricity, and water outages in the area.
