Villa Overview

Villa Anoya is located near the river, just a 10-minute walk from the city center. Additionally, shops and restaurants in the area are only a few minutes away.

Our villa is designed with high standards and elegant decor. With a capacity for 8 people, Villa Anoya consists of 4 spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, Turkish coffee machine, Turkish tea machine, and a fruit juicer.

The villa features a 500 m² garden that is stylishly maintained. The garden includes a 45 m² swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a barbecue area perfect for evening meals. One of the villa's special features is its large, fully shaded veranda, which includes comfortable modern seating and an 8-person dining table.

The pool is 45 m² in size and has a depth of 1.60 m. There are sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas for guests' use. Additionally, there is a children’s pool available for young ones.

Note: Parking is available for 3 vehicles.

Note: Two bicycles are also provided free of charge to villa guests.

Note: The deposit is calculated as the equivalent of one night's rental fee. It will be refunded upon departure if no damage occurs during your stay.

Note: Payments at our villa are accepted in pounds sterling. For stays shorter than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 3,000 TL applies.

All textiles in the villa are professionally washed, dried, ironed, and packaged in a hygienic environment after each stay, ensuring that everything is ready for the next guests.

**CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE VILLA**

* Pest control is made regularly in all our villas located by nature. However, there is still a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around the villa.

* All the photos of the villas on our website have taken and edited by professional photographers. The photos of this villa and the other villas on the website have taken with professional cameras with a wide-angle lens to fit the images to the screen perfectly. As a result, objects in photographs may appear larger than they actually are.

We place great importance on the health and hygiene of our guests. Between each check-in and check-out, the villa is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
