Suit La Mer

Suit La Mer is our rental villa located in Kalkan Kördere. It has 2 bedrooms and has an accommodation capacity of 4 people. It is ideal for nuclear families and honeymooners. Our villa has underfloor heating and a heated pool. For this reason, it offers service to our guests during the winter months. You can get rid of the tiredness of the whole year in the jacuzzi in the bedroom.

NOTE: Suite La Mer has a private outdoor pool on a 160 m² terrace/lawn area with a view, exclusively for the use of the house. This area is a private, enclosed garden approximately 20 meters from the main entrance of the house. There is no direct access from inside the house to this area. The outdoor pool is not visible to or completely protected from surrounding houses. A gas barbecue is available in this area.

NOTE: Outdoor pool access is available between May 1st and October 31st. It is closed and inaccessible during other months.

NOTE: The playground is a shared play area for Suite La Mer, La Mer Comfort, and La Mer Deluxe houses.

NOTE: During the winter months of November 1st-December 31st and January 1st-April 30th, house heating and indoor pool heating are included in the price. During the summer months, the daily rate for indoor heating is 1000 TL, and it operates throughout your stay.

***CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE VILLA***

* Pest control is made regularly in all our villas located by nature. However, there is still a possibility of butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around the villa.

* All the photos of the villas on our website have taken and edited by professional photographers. The photos of this villa and the other villas on the website have taken with professional cameras with a wide-angle lens to fit the images to the screen perfectly. As a result, objects in photographs may appear larger than they actually are.

***CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE REGION***

* Some of our villas around Kalkan-Kaş are built on a slope due to the conditions of the region. To reach these villas it is necessary to go uphill and some of our villas may have a dirt road.

* Internet, electricity and water outages can be observed all over the region due to the high population growth in the summer months of the Kalkan-Kaş region.
