Regular pest control is done in all of our villas located in nature. However, there is still a possibility of butterflies, insects, mosquitoes, etc., being present in the surroundings.

The photos of this house, like the photos of other houses on our website, are taken with wide-angle lenses and professional cameras to fit the image onto the screen. Therefore, objects in the pictures may appear larger than they are in reality.

CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE REGION

Some of our villas in the Kalkan area are built on slopes due to regional conditions. To reach these villas, you will need to go uphill. Some of our villas may have access roads that are stabilized (dirt).

Due to the high population increase during the summer months in the Kalkan region, occasional internet, electricity, and water outages may occur.
