Brand new 5 bedroom secluded villa located in the Kalkan Ortaalan. Because of its priviliged location the villa has a wonderful sea and mountain view. The centre is around 1 km and the beach is around 1.5 km far from the villa. The closest restaurant and shops are around 3 minute walking distance from the villa as well. Saklikent Canyon, Gizlikent waterfall and many other historical places around 20 minute drive away.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It has 2 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms. All the bedrooms are ensuite and there is a jacuzzi in one of the double bedroom. 50 squaremeters outside pool is heated and has a great view. There is a game room in the villa which allows the guests to have a great time during their holiday. With its large and spacious garden and amazing view the villa will be a perfect option for the large families looking for a comfortable and relaxing villa holiday.

Note: The pool heating is available with an extra cost. The cost of pool heating is 30 GBP per day.

The simple procedure for booking is as follows:

1. You send us an online inquiry form by selecting your dates for the villa that you would like to book.

2. We check the availability of the villa you would like to book and send you the link to you to pay the booking deposit with your credit card.

3. Once the payment has done, we confirm your booking and send you your booking voucher as well as with the payment receipt.

Once your booking is confirmed, the only thing you need to do is to come over here!

Air conditioning, electricity, water and gas, key handling, property maintenance for pool and garden services are included into rental cost.

The closest airport to the villa is Dalaman airport. From Dalaman airport to the villa takes around 2 hours and 15 minutes. If you require an airport pick up, we can arrange your airport transfers any time before you arrive.
